Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Agnes Jons House.
It’s a non-ensuite on ground floor. It’s close to LJMU, University of Liverpool and LIPA.
There are 6 other students living in this flat, and we share a kitchen and two bathrooms, but we have our own sink in our rooms. Everyone is very nice:)
The contract is a fixed-term from start date (08/09/25) to and including 31/08/26.
